Andre Gagne

Mr. Gagne is the Paralegal Manager at Boesch Law Group. An ABA certified paralegal with an emphasis in civil litigation, Mr. Gagne is experienced in case evaluation and management; trial preparation; drafting of discovery, motions, probate petitions and general pleadings; database and document management; analysis of complex estate and trust documents; extensive research of statutory and case law; and filings in state, federal and appellate courts. Mr. Gagne is experienced in both plaintiff and defense cases and his litigation experience includes trusts and estates, personal injury, professional negligence (specifically in medical and legal malpractice litigation), defamation, construction defect, auto accidents, workers’ compensation, employment claims, and breach of contract. Mr. Gagne is also experienced in filing with the United States Patent & Trademark Office, the United States Copyright Office, and the European Union Intellectual Property Office, as well as successfully responding to issues raised by those offices to ensure that each registration is approved, published, and certified.
