Biography

Mr. Jensen is an accomplished attorney with a strong track record in complex commercial litigation, specializing in federal and state courts. With a background in licensing, Mr. Jensen has been pivotal in the constitutional protection and legal licensing of those in the cannabis marketplaces on both the East and West Coast. Mr Jensen’s has experience in private equity lender disputes and debtor/creditor litigation, as well as copywrite actions and labor disputes. Prior to his legal career Mr. Jensesn taught Algebra for the Los Angeles Unified School District.
